The deadline for filing Employer Annual Returns to HM Revenue & Customs is the 19th May. For the majority of employers it must now be done online. UK employers have to be registered in order to file their 2011/12 annual returns online and they won’t be able to do so until they have activated the service using a code that HMRC sends in the post.
